Shipping policy

Normal processing time is 2-3 days, unless otherwise specified in listing. If you have concerns with shipping times please reach out prior to ordering. Custom Furniture item lead times vary and are stated in the listing. Typical build times from custom furniture, including tables, is 8-10 weeks but can be higher during peak order times. Always contact us for current lead times. 

Shipping damage claim must be filed with the shipping company. Each item is inspected prior to shipping. We are glad to work with you to replace the item and ship with a different carrier if requested. We are not responsible for any of the replacement cost due to shipping damage.
