Return/Refund Policy
All our products are custom handmade items and not eligible for returns or refunds and cannot be cancelled once order is placed. If you need to modify your order please contact our team to review available options. We are available for after order support M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm CST or via email @ info@seedsandsawdust.com. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours to resolve any issue.  Please contact us within 5-7 days after order receipt to discuss any issues you might have with an order so we can work with you on a resolution.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please also see our Shipping Policy.
